Lloyds, Close Brothers extend losses; Close Brothers hits 29-year low
** Shares of British lenders Lloyds Banking Group LLOY.L, Close Brothers CBRO.L extend previous session's losses
** CBRO falls 6.8% at 257.8p to its lowest level since 1995
** LLOY down 1.8% at 56.6 pence - among top losers on FTSE 100 index .FTSE, which is down 0.05%
** On Oct. 25, London court ruled that motor finance brokers must fully inform customers about commissions when taking out car loans
** The ruling pulled LLOY down as much as 7.4%, CBRO fell as much as ~24.5% on Friday
** LLOY, one of the key providers of motor finance, says it is assessing the potential impact of the decisions
** Says court decisions relate to commission disclosure and consent obligations which go beyond the scope of the current FCA motor commissions review
** CBRO among top losers on the FTSE mid cap index .FTMC, which is up 0.1%
** Including session's losses, CBRO falls 67.6% YTD, while LLOY gains 18.8%
